아르바이트 고용주와 표준 근로계약서를 작성합니다.

서류 준비 및 제출

모든 필요 서류를 준비하여 국제교류처에 검토 및 서명을 받습니다. (필요 시 스캔 제공)

허가 신청

온라인(HiKorea) 또는 오프라인(출입국관리사무소)에 시간제 취업 허가를 신청합니다.

허가 확인 후 근무 시작

허가가 확인되면 아르바이트를 시작합니다. (허가 스티커 부착 또는 온라인 허가증 발급)

직전 학기 GPA C(2.0) 이상이어야 합니다.

※ 입학 후 첫 학기로 성적표가 미발급된 경우 면제되나, 허가 기간은 1학기(3월 말 또는 9월 말)로 제한됩니다.

※ 어학 요건 미충족 시에도 학업 성적 등 기타 조건을 충족하면 허가 가능하나, 허가 시간이 기준의 절반 이하로 제한됩니다.

체류 기간

방문 연수(D-2-8) 학생은 체류자격 변경일(또는 비자 소지자의 입국일)로부터 6개월 이상 체류해야 합니다.

출입국관리법 제18조(외국인 고용 제한)에 따라 학생과 고용주 모두 처벌 대상입니다.

1차 위반

경미한 경우 약식벌금(과태료) 부과 후 체류 허가

2차 위반

예외 없이 강제 출국 조치

⚠️ 건설업 불법 취업의 경우, 위반 횟수와 관계없이 예외 없이 출국 명령이 내려집니다.
