Best TOPIK vocabulary apps ranked

I've tried almost every Korean vocabulary app out there while preparing for TOPIK. Here's my honest ranking:

#1 Anki (Free) - Still the king for serious learners. Import TOPIK-specific decks from shared decks. The spaced repetition algorithm is unmatched. Ugly interface but incredibly effective.

#2 Quizlet (Free/Premium) - Great for beginners. Many pre-made TOPIK vocabulary sets. The matching games make studying less boring. Premium is nice but not necessary.

#3 Memrise (Free/Premium) - Good variety of user-created Korean courses. I like that it includes audio pronunciation. The "speed review" mode is addictive.

#4 Naver Dictionary App (Free) - Not a flashcard app, but the word history feature is useful. I check words here and then add them to Anki manually.

Honorable mention: TOPIK One (Free) - Korean app specifically for TOPIK prep. Has past paper vocabulary organized by level. Only in Korean though, which is actually good for immersion.

My method: Use Anki for daily reviews + Naver Dictionary for looking up new words + past papers for context. Don't try to use all apps at once - pick one and commit to it.
