1 Service & Subscription Fee
InBaem provides a subscription-based service handling Korean university and language school admission applications. This is an intangible subscription service that takes approximately 60–80 days from payment to admission decision.

This is a subscription-based service. From payment confirmation to the admission decision (accepted or declined), the service takes approximately 60–80 days (maximum 80 days).
The actual language school/university enrollment period is arranged directly with the institution afterward.
2 Refund Policy
This refund policy complies with Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea) and Toss Payments merchant refund standards. As an intangible subscription service, refunds after service commencement are calculated on a prorated basis for the unused portion.

calculate Prorated Refund Calculation
This service is an intangible subscription product taking 60–80 days from payment to admission decision. Refunds requested after service commencement are calculated on a prorated basis for the unused days using the formula below.
Refund = Payment (₩500,000) × (Remaining Days ÷ 80)
Example: Refund requested 30 days after payment → ₩500,000 × (50 ÷ 80) = ₩312,500
Remaining days are calculated as calendar days (not business days), with 80 days from the payment date as the basis. Once the service is completed (admission decision delivered), refunds are no longer available.
3 Non-Refundable Cases
- •The service has already been completed (admission decision delivered)
- •The application was rejected due to false information submitted by the applicant
- •Service cannot be provided due to user's fault (failure to submit required documents, loss of contact, etc.)
- •Reasons outside InBaem's scope (e.g., rejection by the institution's own decision)
4 How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, payment date, and the institution name when requesting a refund. Refunds are processed in order of receipt.
5 Additional Information
This policy is governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce in Korea.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on the card issuer.
This policy may be updated with prior notice. Changes will be announced on the website.
