1 Service & Fee Information
InBaem is a platform that connects international students with Korean universities and language schools. The following fee applies when submitting an application.

2 Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions.

| Cancelled within 24 hours (before processing) | Full refund (100%) | 3–5 business days |
| Cancelled before application submission | Full refund (100%) | 3–5 business days |
| Cancelled after submission, before review | 50% refund | 5–7 business days |
| During or after institution review | Non-refundable | — |
3 Non-Refundable Cases
- •The institution has already started or completed its review process
- •The application was rejected due to false information submitted by the applicant
- •Simple change of mind after the institution review has begun
- •Reasons outside InBaem's scope (e.g., rejection by the institution's own decision)
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through the following channels.

Please include your name, payment date, and the institution name when requesting a refund. Refunds are processed in order of receipt.
5 Additional Information
This policy is governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce in Korea.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on the card issuer.
This policy may be updated with prior notice. Changes will be announced on the website.
