How to send money home from Korea cheaply?

I need to send money back to my family regularly and the bank transfer fees are killing me. My Korean bank charges around 20,000-30,000 KRW per international transfer plus the exchange rate markup.

Has anyone used services like Wise (TransferWise), Remitly, or SentBe? I've heard they're much cheaper. Are they reliable and how long does the transfer usually take?

I need to send money to Uzbekistan specifically, so if anyone has experience with this corridor, that would be super helpful. Thanks!
