BGN Eye Clinic at Lotte World Tower is looking for a Global Patient Clinic Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: • Inquiry Management: Lead point of contact via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email • Medical Interpretation: High-level interpretation (Korean ↔ English) for medical exams and surgeries • Content & Review Management: Persuading satisfied patients to participate in video testimonials; conducting and filming interviews • Post-Op Care: Providing detailed post-operative guidance and follow-up communication Hiring Process: • Step 1: Application Review • Step 2: First Interview & Language Proficiency Test • Step 3: Second Interview • Step 4: Final Selection & Job Offer

• Fluency in both English and Korean (mandatory) • Professional telephone etiquette and persuasive communication • Comfort with conducting video interviews • Eligible for E-7 Visa sponsorship (Bachelor's degree + relevant qualifications) • Proficiency in Russian preferred
