Kyungsung University Korean Language Education Center (KLEC) is a university-affiliated Korean language institution located in Nam-gu, Busan. Founded as part of Kyungsung University (established 1955), KLEC offers systematic Korean language education from TOPIK Level 1 to Level 6. Classes are kept small (10–15 students), and the regular course runs for 10 weeks, 5 days a week, 4 hours per day.

• Bank balance certificate: KRW 8,000,000+ in the applicant's or parent's name (issued within 30 days of submission, original copy) • Transaction history is NOT accepted; the exact balance must be clearly stated • Must be the original document with the bank's official signature or seal (no copies or email submissions) • Uzbekistan: a balance certificate of KRW 8,000,000+ issued by a local KDB Bank branch, maintained for at least 3 months • If using a parent's balance certificate, a family relation certificate is required (Apostille or Korean consular authentication mandatory) • Documents issued in languages other than Korean or English must include a notarized translation alongside the original
